She has many years of experience as an internationally recognized business coach, former vice president of public affairs for a major trauma hospital and owner of several small business ventures. Sue Zen
Sue Zen has enjoyed a distinguished career in human resources and organizational management, with most of her experience gained in the design profession. She served as the Director of Human Resources at S. A. Miro, Inc., a leading engineering/architecture firm in Denver, Colorado for 24 years, where she provided leadership in developing HR and project management systems for the firm and its senior management team. Sue, a certified design firm administrator (CDFA), sat on the Board of Directors of The American Institute of Architecture Colorado component and the ACEC National Risk Management Committee, and has been regularly called upon to present at local, regional and national conferences. She currently serves as a ministry leader at Abiding Hope Lutheran Church, Littleton, Colorado, facilitating leadership development workshops and serving in the capacity of Human Resources consultant. She has conducted training and company-wide retreats for clients in a variety of business fields.
